The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a marketing campaign for home battery storage AES, for the company FENIX Trading s.r.o., a member of the group FENIX GROUP a.s., which deals with marketing matters of the group. The campaign is based on the outputs of analyzes performed on the current situation of the company and the assignment of the company itself. At the end of the thesis there is also a recommendation for evaluating the effectiveness of the campaign.

This master thesis focuses on the design of a new product and its subsequent introduction into the relevant service market. The creation and design are based on qualitative research. The thesis contains both research and analytical part and part of the detailed design of the product and its introduction to the relevant market. The thesis also makes significant use of methods based on the analysis of the company's marketing mix. Finally, the thesis presents an economic evaluation of the product itself.

In this bachelor thesis I deal with a particular company whose main business is production of dance costumes. Thesis is divided into two parts, which is theoretical and the other one is practical. Theoretical part includes basis of marketing communication. It focuses on sales promotion, advertising and point of sale communication. The other part focuses on aplication of theoretical knowledge to a practical use in specific company. My bachelor thesis is devoted to a current marketing situation and at the end of this thesis is proposed new marketing campaign.

Campaign is based on analysis of competition‘s activities and focuses on potential clients with an interest i treveling to exotic landscapes. In addition to designing the campaign, there are also recommendations for evaluating the effectiveness of the communication.

The theoretical part discusses the principles of marketing campaign, intercultural marketing and cultural diversity. Influencer marketing is an increasingly common form of promotion of products or services of smaller and larger companies worldwide. However, in the last few years it has become an increasingly expensive one, which can be problematic not only for start-ups but also for small and medium-sized businesses with generally lower advertising budgets. The aim of this thesis is therefore to design a low-budget influencer campaign for Armed King, s.r.o., a company selling airsoft goods and services. The combination of influencer marketing and the still very limited coverage of the topic of airsoft is very unique. Thus, in this thesis it will be examined in more detail whether even in the case of such a specific industry as airsoft it will be non- negligible. Due to the specific legislative and marketing situation in the airsoft market, the thesis will also examine individual social networks to see if they are suitable for collaborating with influencers. The thesis will use the compilation of personas to define suitable groups of influencers for the needs of the company to build the campaign itself. Marketing as a tool for civil society organizations to promote public interests

The diploma thesis deals with the use of marketing strategies as tools of civil sector organizations to promote public interests. The first part of the thesis serves to clarify the theory of organized civil sector, marketing strategies of civil sector organizations and the legislative process in the Czech Republic, including clarification of the concept of public interest. The second part of the thesis consists of qualitative empirical research, which aims to describe the whole form of the selected campaign created to promote public interest in the form of legislative change while understanding how campaigners evaluate the campaign and how they perceive cooperation between civil society organizations and marketing agencies for the implementation of the campaign. The chosen research method is a case study of the successful marketing campaign of the czech civic sector organization Svoboda zvířat, which contributed to the promotion of the public interest. By using data analysis and semi-structured interviews the case study acquaints the reader with the key circumstances of the selected campaign, its proposed marketing strategy including its explanation, with the campaign implementation process including the context of the legislative process of the public interest, with evaluation of the campaign from...
